What We Do With Your Information

Who We Are

DGdesign & Marketing, LLC is a remote marketing agency based in Tampa, Florida. This privacy policy covers this website only — not the marketing campaigns we run on behalf of clients, which are governed by those clients' own policies. 

What We Collect

We collect two types of information: what you provide and what our tools collect.

Our contact form allows you to send us:

• Your email address (required, so we can reply)
• Your name (required)
• Your company name (optional)
• Whatever else you tell us (optional)

We don't ask for payment details, we don't require an account, and there's nothing on this site you can log into.

Our analytics and advertising tools collect standard technical information automatically as you browse — the pages you view, how you got here, your approximate location (city-level, from your IP address), and your browser and device type. This is measurement data about visits, not a file with your name on it.

How We Use It

We use your contact form information to reply to you and keep a record of our conversation.

We may use the automatically collected data to see which pages and which ads actually work, and to show our ads to people who've visited this site or who resemble our existing audience. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you, and we never combine it with your contact form submission to build a profile on you.

Our legal bases are: replying to your inquiry and taking steps toward a possible working relationship (contract and legitimate interests), and analytics and advertising (with your implied consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the opt-outs below).

Cookies & Tracking

This site uses Google Analytics and advertising pixels from the platforms we run campaigns on. These set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser that let us measure traffic, see which ads brought people here, and show our ads to visitors later.

You can opt out at any time: turn on your browser's "Do Not Track" or cookie blocking, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or adjust ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking any of it won't break this site or change how we treat you.

Who Else Sees It

These service providers handle your contact form submission:

• Web3Forms — delivers the form to our inbox.
• HostDime — stores the message we receive from your form submission.

Our analytics and advertising platforms also receive the browsing data described above. Each operates under its own privacy policy, not ours:

• Google — Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking.
• Meta — the Meta Pixel for Meta ads tracking.
• Other advertising platforms we may run campaigns on, which may include but are not limited to: LinkedIn, reddit, Spotify, TikTok, and similar platforms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it with other clients or partners.

How Long We Keep It

Contact inquiries stay in our email for as long as they're useful — typically a couple of years — then get deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Analytics and advertising data is kept on those platforms' own schedules, generally 14 months or less.

Where Your Information Goes

We're a United States business and our service providers are too, so anything you send us is stored and processed in the U.S. If you're writing to us from outside the U.S., that means your information crosses a border to reach us.

Where the GDPR applies to that transfer, our providers rely on the standard safeguards for it — typically the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or their own certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. We don't market to anyone under 18 and don't knowingly collect their information.

Policy Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of this page. There's no version history to dig through — this page is always the current one.

Your Choices

Send us a privacy policy request, and we can tell you what we have on file for you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete all of it on request.

Depending on where you live, laws like the GDPR or Florida's Digital Bill of Rights may give you these rights formally. We'd honor them either way.

Under the GDPR that also includes the right to a copy of your data in a portable format, the right to restrict or object to how we use it, and the right to withdraw consent for analytics and advertising at any time — withdrawing it doesn't affect anything done before you did. We don't charge for any of this and we won't treat you differently for asking.

If you're in the EU, UK, or Switzerland and you think we've handled your information badly, you're also entitled to complain to your national data protection authority. We'd rather you came to us first so we can fix it.
